The bestest spot in biddo/ saco I love how dark it is in there Amazing drinks, best espresso martini I’ve ever had in Maine! Cute little patio if you don’t feel like being a retro vampire Video games! New and old :) Free snacks - hell ya!

This is the best local bar experience I’ve had in my life. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a classic game of Nintendo and a beer. Bring friends, great social bar. I’ve never felt safer bringing my family to a bar before.

Easily my favorite bar in the area. Bartenders are friendly and welcoming. Great drinks. The music is always a mix of awesome 80's New Wave and Modern Alternative. Videogame consoles are set up at the booths if you want to play some Smash Bros with your friends. Outdoor patio is a nice extra as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

I heard about this place from a friend who moved to Saco and discovered it on a whim. We went to check it out as a group and had such a fun night. We thought the free snacks and free food was probably just a rumor we heard, but sure enough our server was bringing over popcorn, chips and nacho cheese, and slices of pizza. We tried a number of different cocktails that were all a hit (the espresso martini was a favorite of our group). Everything about the atmosphere, the music, the games, and the people made this a really fun night out. It felt old school somehow and I hope that never changes.

So, it’s 1989, and your friend has a party in his parents’ basement. He has all the cool video games, for sure, but it’s his parents’ basement, with their furniture and their decorations and the old or new movies playing on their TV, so you’re trying to act all adult and drink adult drinks. The bathrooms are upstairs—will his parents still be up? But the music is awesome, and the vibe is mellow and the company is just right. And the drinks are really good. That’s every night at Up & Up. Just perfect.

I love this bar 🍸 One of a kind vintage drinks and old fashion video games, Pac-Man etc as table's and leather sofas. Very nice. Best lemon 🍋 drops ever. 😋

Can't say enough great things about this place. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, and great at their jobs. The drinks are all delicious and not overpriced like most bars in the Portland area. The vibe is immaculate, and they have a bunch of old school game systems (I will always be at the N64 table). The bar itself is super unique and quirky. AND they give you free popcorn and nachos. If anyone tells you anything negative about Up & Up, they're a terrible person and not to be trusted.

Love this place, charm with the design, very good for a reasonable sized group, intimate and comfortable. Drinks are great. Only downside is cash only, not a big deal but just have to remember to have it but they have an ATM.
